Making a payment
For your security, we use PayPal, the world's largest online payment company. Using PayPal is free. It is also a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never
shared. PayPal hides your financial details so you don't have to share them online. Your purchases are protected so, just in case there's a problem, you can get your money back.
When you have booked an appointment, we will send you an email with a link to our website, where you will be able to pay. When you receive this email:
- click the link to our website
- scroll down to find the payment you wish to make and click the button marked 'ADD TO CART'
- you will see the message 'This item was added to your cart' - select the 'Checkout' option (or you can also click the little shopping trolley picture in the top right of the screen)
- check that you have selected the correct purchase - then click 'NEXT STEP'
- complete your address details - then click 'NEXT STEP'
You will be asked to CHOOSE PAYMENT OPTION.
The PayPal option is selected by default. This option should be selected regardless of whether you wish to pay through your PayPal account, or whether you wish to pay be credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Click 'NEXT STEP'
If you wish to pay using a PayPal account:
- enter your email address and password
- click 'Log In'
- follow the instructions to complete payment
If you wish to pay using a credit or debit card:
- select 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card'
- enter your card details - then click 'Continue'
You will receive email confirmation of your payment by email. If you are unable to find this email, please check your junk folders in the first instance.
